Hutt Recruiting Services is ideally suited for small-sized businesses and organizations that are not yet big enough to have a full-time recruiter on staff but still want to be effective at hiring top-notch team members. For most companies this size, recruiting usually falls to working managers who are already busy with managing their teams, working on projects, and handling their day-to-day tasks. With our recruiting services, we help these working managers by taking the up-front recruiting burden off of their shoulders. We help write effective job postings that really speak to the ideal applicant. We then vet the candidates through a series of pre-interview questions and attention-to-detail assessments. After this process, we provide a short list of 3-5 ideal applicants for the hiring manager to interview. By narrowing the list of applicants, this allows your working managers to focus their time and energy on just the highly-qualified candidates.
