Our Hygea team had a weekend full of camaraderie and purpose! On Friday, our leadership gathered at Topgolf to connect, have fun, and strengthen our teamwork. Then, on Saturday morning, we came together to walk in support of our Director of HR, Erika Buffaloe, at the Making Strides of Baltimore, standing with her and all those affected by breast cancer. Activities like these are essential for our team—they help us deepen connections, build trust, and foster a culture of empathy and resilience. Supporting each other and the causes that matter to us brings us closer and strengthens the compassion we bring to our work and community.
