While designing the New York office for Elephant, the focus was to create a welcoming environment, consistent with the feel of our design for the company’s Boston space. The full new build-out embraces the location’s industrial style, highlighting architectural materials such as whitewashed brick, concrete flooring, and black oxide metal. To soften and balance the industrial feel, we integrated warm wood elements throughout the office. In the reception area, a slatted divider wall adds privacy for the three private offices behind it, while still allowing light to travel through to the rest of the office space. A tambour accent wall sits across from whitewashed brick in the conference room, creating a contrast of materials that brings dimension to the room while staying true to traditional New York architectural details. For Sweet Trade, we designed a distinct atmosphere that combines rustic charm with rich accents. Our design draws on a warm palette of materials and colors to create an inviting restaurant environment. The exposed brick walls bring a textured backdrop to anchor the space, with deep brown and green accents to introduce a contemporary feel. To add layers of warmth, we incorporated leather elements throughout the restaurant. From plush seating to subtle leather details in the decor, these touches contribute to a tactile richness that enhances the overall ambiance. The Thursday Boot Company retail space was designed to captivate customers from the moment they enter, guiding them through the store with visually appealing displays. We anchored the open layout with sleek display tables that create a natural flow, allowing customers to explore the collection with ease. The use of rich, warm materials echoes the brand’s commitment to quality, creating an environment that feels both inviting and refined. Our design incorporates flexible displays, allowing the company to keep the store’s presentations fresh. At the back of the store, we created a dedicated area that enhances the shopping experience. Full-length mirrors are positioned to allow customers to see their entire look when trying on shoes, providing a complete view of how the products complement their style. For Soludos’s office, we designed a multi-functional space to accommodate group meetings, individual work, and product display areas. With community tables and lounge spaces, employees are encouraged to collaborate with the option to move private conversations into conference rooms. Toward the back of the office, a dedicated display area showcases the company’s products, offering a stylish and functional space for client and associate presentations. Our design approach emphasizes bright colors and organic textures to infuse the workspace with personality and dimension. Upon entering, employees and visitors are welcomed by a textured lounge area, featuring woven rugs and rattan furniture. Decorative plants are strategically placed to subtly divide the open space, adding a natural element that breathes life into the environment. Further into the work area, a blue and white tile wall adds a sense of playfulness to the office. The result is a dynamic office that matches the brand’s identity. For Warana Capital, LLC Capital’s office, we designed a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere, using a palette of soothing grays and blues. This color scheme not only sets a professional tone but also promotes an environment conducive to focused work and creativity. To add layers of visual interest and reflect the brand’s dynamic spirit, we incorporated colorful artwork that complements the overall palette. The office layout was thoughtfully designed to support both individual productivity and team collaboration. We furnished lounges with plush seating and soft textiles, offering employees a relaxed setting for informal meetings. Meeting rooms are designed with flexibility in mind, featuring conference rooms and smaller phone rooms, ensuring that the space can meet the dynamic needs of the team. We opted for a clean and minimalist design style for EquityZen’s FiDi office, creating a sleek and sophisticated environment that contrasts with the building’s industrial elements, such as exposed ducts and concrete flooring. This juxtaposition not only highlights the building’s architectural character but also brings a modern, refined touch to the workspace. We infused the space with green, intentionally incorporating the brand’s signature shade. Featuring the hue on walls, furniture, and signage, we balanced the rich color with soft greys and warm beiges to promote a sense of calm. In the conference room, we designed a custom meeting table to serve as the centerpiece, tying in existing wood detailing found throughout the office. Elephant VC’s Boston office is a minimalist’s dream, featuring timeless herringbone wood floors and modern lighting. We incorporated deep shades of green and brown throughout the office to create a warm atmosphere for the employees. Wanting a collaborative working environment, we designed an open desk space, while still having a large conference room for private meetings. The team can host gatherings and clients in the lounge area, opening up to the custom kitchen for a more residential feel. Tailoring our design to the needs of the client, the space features custom millwork in both the lounge and the executive office. The tambour detailing adds a subtle dimension to the monochromatic pieces. Custom artwork plays off of the company’s name, sitting on oversized mats to make a statement on the office walls. For Slader’s NYC office, we utilized the space’s open layout to create multiple work environments. With company values in creativity and enthusiasm, our design includes space for both individual and collaborative work. Curved banquettes line the walls for collective meetings and employee gatherings while highlighting the building's architectural elements. For a moment of quiet, phone rooms and conference spaces allow for more concentrated work. Our design contrasts sleek accents with the office’s natural industrial features. With brick walls and exposed piping, we used plush furniture and gentle colors to balance the atmosphere. We brought in decorative plants to soften the space and add a lively energy. Our design for the former Box and Flow gym space was made to energize and motivate, with every detail crafted to push clients toward their goals. The high-intensity atmosphere plays off the company’s name and its ethos of balance, blending contrasting elements to create an environment that is both inspiring and grounding. Upon entering, clients are greeted by a welcoming reception space. Crisp white walls are accented with matte black finishes, striking a bold contrast that sets the tone for their entire experience. The brightness of the space radiates positivity, reflecting the energy students bring to the workout. Red lighting guides students throughout the gym space, creating a sense of focus and intensity. The dynamic lighting not only enhances concentration but also creates a rhythmic flow. When designing Hello Products LLC’s office, we drew inspiration from the company’s products and industry. The office features playful yet tasteful motifs of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouths, creating a distinctive and lively environment. A mix of wallpaper, brick, and textured walls adds dynamic energy to the space. To cater to diverse work needs, we designed a variety of areas including open spaces for collaborative work, private rooms for various meeting sizes, and quiet zones for individual tasks. Each area is thoughtfully arranged to promote productivity and comfort.
