Edeje is a seasoned communicator, with over 10 years of experience championing the values of iconic brands like Coca-Cola, Henkel and Reckitt. Her work has involved effectively engaging diverse audiences to build brand loyalty and advocacy. Having worked across different facets of marketing, Edeje is now keen to focus on internal communications, as her passion lies in championing a brand/organisation’s vision and values to its employees and stakeholders, creating a unified and motivated community of advocates. With a unique blend of experience and a fresh passion for internal communications, Edeje is ideally positioned to support new communications graduates. As the Director for Students and Mentoring, Edeje looks forward to working with the board to inspire and equip current and aspiring communicators through the mentoring program and student partnerships. This weekend IABC/BC board of directors met in-person to meet each other for the first time. We planned for the year ahead: we talked, we laughed, and we challenged each others ideas. 🧠🧐 As our full day session wore on, one thing became quite apparent: our discussions together built both likely and unlikely collaborations across portfolios.
