We want to share with those that attended the Summit virtually: We sincerely apologize for the audio and visual challenges that occurred during the 8th International Veterinary Social Work Summit. We understand how frustrating these technical difficulties were and want to assure you that we are taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future. It is important to note that TPN Health, the company responsible for providing continuing education (CE) credits and sharing the session recordings, was not responsible for the audio issues. These issues were caused by a separate third-party vendor. While we fully understand your frustrations, we kindly ask that the negative experience not be associated with TPN Health. They, too, were navigating these technical issues and worked hard to create a positive experience for our virtual attendees. We appreciate your patience as we work to edit and upload the recordings. We estimate that the recordings will be available in approximately one month and will remain accessible for one year. If you experience any further issues or have feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@iavsw.org. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
