🛼 Tribility is on a roll 🛼 We’re thrilled to share that we’ve been awarded a $10M Task Order to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in its mission to enhance financial transparency and compliance with the DATA Act. Under this contract, our team will provide comprehensive project management and technical expertise to extract, generate, reconcile, and produce DATA Act-compliant files from the VA’s financial systems. In alignment with Treasury and OMB requirements, we will ensure all files are accurately prepared and certified for publication. Our work will help strengthen the VA's financial reporting and streamline processes, allowing them to transition to a new integrated financial management system efficiently. Key services include: ✔️ Project management and support for OMB A-123 DATA Act reporting ✔️ Assisting with requirements gathering as the VA transitions to a new financial system ✔️ Streamlining and improving financial processes and operations This contract highlights our ongoing commitment to serving Veterans by improving the systems that support the essential services they rely on. Sean brings a wealth of expertise, from earning his Master’s in Nonprofit Management at NYU to becoming a CPA in 2011. He’s navigated the intricacies of financial auditing at a local CPA firm, a mid-sized bank, and as an audit subject matter expert at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. His passion for supporting Veterans, inspired by his family’s military service, perfectly aligns with our mission here at Ibility. Outside of work, Sean enjoys hiking and biking through Cuyahoga Valley National Park with his bernedoodle, Hershey, and playing guitar in his downtime. Join us in giving Sean a warm welcome! Last week, our co-founders Ken Beecher and Danielle Krakora had the ultimate fan experience at the US Navy-Bucknell University game, thanks to James Gfrerer, who totally "scored" us some fantastic seats! 🏈 The atmosphere was electric, and the competition was as fierce as ever—just how we like it! Ultimately, the Midshipmen put the beatdown on the Bison 49-21. From the flyovers to the last-minute plays, every moment was a reminder of the incredible spirit and dedication of our service members. I had another fun whirlwind trip to DC this week! I was able to catch up with several friends, industry partners, and VA colleagues. I shared great meals, tried frog legs for the first time with the amazing Laura Prietula and even made a stop at the historic The Army and Navy Club, which was a truly memorable experience for me. Thank you, James Gfrerer for making it happen! I forgot to take more pictures while I was out and about, but managed to snap one with the legendary Mike Bowers at an amazing lunch place near VACO called Teaism Tea Shop. I highly recommend a stop next time you are in the area. Disregard my VERY tired face - the travel and end of year proposals got me like 😱 as I am sure many of you can relate. 🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce that Tribility, our Joint Venture with Trilogy Federal, has secured a new win with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Business Oversight (OBO) Loan Guaranty (LGY) Program. This critical project will support the VA's Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program, which aims to enhance productivity and improve the efficiency of providing Veteran benefits and services. Our team will play a key role in documenting the future state processes resulting from the FMBT modernization efforts with the implementation of the Integrated Financial and Acquisition System (iFAMS). This initiative is essential in advancing OBO's mission to ensure robust internal controls, prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, and improve grants management.
