🚀 Welcome to the Ibility Family, Allie! 🚀 We are thrilled to announce that Allie Falla has joined our team! 🎉 Allie brings her experience previously working as an Integration Architect for a large VA project and will be joining forces with Liz Cooper, MSW, PMP on the VA EPMO PACT Act project. Her enthusiasm and adventurous spirit are sure to be a perfect fit with our dynamic team culture. When asked what drew Allie to Ibility she said, "I am excited to start my journey with Ibility as a Systems Engineer to continue to support federal agencies such as the VA and advance healthcare through system optimization. The palpable energy I have already felt at Ibility is truly inspiring, and the vibrant atmosphere fuels my enthusiasm to contribute. Being a part of a woman and veteran-owned small business presents a unique opportunity to support meaningful growth while collaborating with the remarkable individuals I've already had the pleasure of meeting. I’m eager to leverage my expertise to drive innovation and make a positive impact within this dynamic team." A proud Ohio State alum (Go Buckeyes! 🏈), Allie has an instant connection with several of our team members who also have ties to the university. When she’s not working, Allie is likely outdoors, embracing her passion for adventure. She recently conquered Half Dome in Yosemite National Park and is also a fan of water sports, thanks to summers spent on the lake. Welcome aboard, Allie! We’re so excited to have you as part of the Ibility team! 🌟 #welcome #growingteam

Last week, our co-founders Ken Beecher and Danielle Krakora had the ultimate fan experience at the US Navy-Bucknell University game, thanks to James Gfrerer, who totally "scored" us some fantastic seats! 🏈 The atmosphere was electric, and the competition was as fierce as ever—just how we like it! Ultimately, the Midshipmen put the beatdown on the Bison 49-21. From the flyovers to the last-minute plays, every moment was a reminder of the incredible spirit and dedication of our service members. We can’t wait to anchor ourselves in the stands again next time! ⚓️ #GoNavy #TeamIbility #GameDayGoals

I had another fun whirlwind trip to DC this week! I was able to catch up with several friends, industry partners, and VA colleagues. I shared great meals, tried frog legs for the first time with the amazing Laura Prietula and even made a stop at the historic The Army and Navy Club, which was a truly memorable experience for me. Thank you, James Gfrerer for making it happen! I forgot to take more pictures while I was out and about, but managed to snap one with the legendary Mike Bowers at an amazing lunch place near VACO called Teaism Tea Shop. I highly recommend a stop next time you are in the area. Disregard my VERY tired face - the travel and end of year proposals got me like 😱 as I am sure many of you can relate. Enjoy the long weekend and try to get some rest in between responses! #almostthere #homestretch

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce that Tribility, our Joint Venture with Trilogy Federal, has secured a new win with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Business Oversight (OBO) Loan Guaranty (LGY) Program. This critical project will support the VA's Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program, which aims to enhance productivity and improve the efficiency of providing Veteran benefits and services. Our team will play a key role in documenting the future state processes resulting from the FMBT modernization efforts with the implementation of the Integrated Financial and Acquisition System (iFAMS). This initiative is essential in advancing OBO's mission to ensure robust internal controls, prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, and improve grants management. We look forward to contributing to this important work and supporting the VA in its ongoing commitment to our Veterans and their families. #BusinessTransformation #tribilityforthewin
