The "well-rounded employee" initiative is coming to a close and I would call it a success. One of my 2024 marketing initiatives was aimed at getting employees OTHER than those on the sales + marketing team involved in business development by attending conferences, tradeshows, and research committee meetings. As we wrap up the year, I'd say this initiative was a success. 🔟 employees took me up on the offer to try something new and use their technical, service, or product backgrounds to represent the company. Some employees found the conference agenda exhausting, while others said they'd do it again. As you begin drafting your marketing plan for 2025, I recommend including a well-rounded employee-driven initiative like this. #workplaceculture #professionaldevelopment
