Icon Interiors is a full service interior construction management and general contracting firm. Our principals collectively possess over 50 years experience in the construction industry. We provide services to a number of industries, including but not limited to, law firms, media & entertainment firms, financial service companies, building owners, individual residences and retail stores. We are able to keep our pricing economical in relation to larger competitors due to our ability to quickly, and fairly, pay our subcontractors, as well as our efficient and safe job-site performance. We are an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and have worked on a number of projects that were either applying for LEED certification or were designed and built to LEED or sustainable standards. We believe in and follow sustainable best practices on our projects whenever possible, including, saving energy, reducing CO2 emissions, reducing water use, procuring sustainable building materials, and recycling demolition and construction waste. Our successful performance on high quality, detailed projects with difficult schedules is exceptional as our references will attest. Icon’s growth and success over the course of more than a decade is a direct result of the quality of our projects and our loyal client base. A large percentage of our business comes from repeat clients -- a fact we are truly proud of.

When I started working at Excel Sports Management expanding our NYO was a project I always knew was in my future. Now, 3 years later inclusive of 2 years of conversations, 6 months of looking at spaces and ~6 months of construction, we did it! Today, we were able to open our new office and finally share it with our NY team. Over the last year, the team has trusted me to take on leading this project with admittedly very little experience. I may now know too much about HVAC, data panels and can maybe name every piece of furniture by name. But I also now know what it takes to manage a project of this size. To my Excel team, Kristin, Jill and Rebecca thank you for all your support! To my VVA team (Kevin Gold, Mike Petry and Sonal Halai) thank you for all your guidance. This project was as successful as it was because of you all. I couldn’t have done it without all of you! And finally, to our partners, Jeff, Mark and Casey. Thank you for everything. So, for CLO Virtual Fashion Inc., a leading digital fashion company that touches every aspect of the industry—from design, to retail, to digitization—we created a workplace that celebrates this creative, communal spirit. An undulating lighting layout highlights the main circulation path and represents the continuity of CLO’s mission to add value to every aspect of the fashion industry. A central “stoop” functions as a social gathering hub, while alternative work points and adjoining meeting spaces buffer more focus-oriented work areas. The material palette incorporates pastel accents carefully curated to either invigorate or calm, while fabrics and finishes utilize comfortable, sustainable materials to promote the health and well-being of employees. #workplace #officedesign #interiordesign #nbbjdesign
