The foam maximizes the effectiveness of traditional insulation, which is laid on top of the flash of foam. If you don't know Johnny by now, what are you even doing?! Johnny Walker, the National Technical Manager for ICP, plays a key role in conducting many of the APOC certified applicator trainings. With 35 years of experience in the building materials industry, Johnny brings a wealth of knowledge. His background includes certifications in roof repair, ownership of a residential home maintenance and remodeling company, service as an independent sales rep for a national coatings company, and experience as a site supervisor for roofing contractors, where he oversaw the installation of over one million square feet of cool roof coatings. John Walker
