Last month our Idealist team members had a blast volunteering with Kindness Farm in SE Portland! They harvested all the leeks and kale 🥬 from the garden beds which were then donated to the Asian Food Pantry. Here at Idealist Consulting we've bolstered our collective company volunteer efforts with paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) benefits. These are actual workday hours that can be used to volunteer with any nonprofit of the employee's choosing. We wanted to offer a way for our employees to nurture their communities, and affirm our B Corp commitment to use business as a force for good.
