107 days since I was blindsided no notice no severance and just an email notifying me that after 3 years it was my last day because of a massive WFR supporting a hybrid role as a TAM and Senior Technical Recruiter. I'm trying to remain positive because its not my 1st rodeo. Frankly though I'm not sure I can trust another employer telling me that we are all family because the reality is you are needed until you're not. But dispite everything I am proud of the work I did because I met all my department and personal goals and all of our positions were filled.....so I guess you could say I worked myself out of a job. I reduced the companies dependency on outside staffing from 40% to 0%. My management style is that of a mentor. I focus on building lasting professional relationships.
