The Inland Empire APEX Accelerator, powered by RCCD is a resource center that has served businesses in Riverside and San Bernardino counties for over 20 years. Our goal is to stimulate the local economy by providing free personalized services to businesses who wish to sell their goods and/or services to the local, state, or federal governments. We have the capability and experience to help small, mid-range, and large businesses to succeed in the Government Procurement market. If you have been a profitable business for many years, or if you are a boot-strapping entrepreneur, starting your procurement journey starts at PTAC! Our free services include: Contracting Assistance: The procurement marketplace can pose as overwhelming and competitive to new businesses. We can help you make sense of these confusing registration processes and identify the areas for your business to focus on. One-on-One Counseling: Meet with one of our specialized procurement counselors to obtain personalized and detailed information tailored to your business goals and capabilities. We’ll happily guide you step-by-step through any difficulty you might have in the Procurement arena. Workshops & Webinars: Continuing your education with updates to the government procurement process will keep you tuned into our many in-person workshops and easily accessed webinars, with topics ranging from government marketing, proposal creation, and market research, to navigating the contract payment systems. Networking Events: Through our membership, we offer access to several high-quality networking events where you can create connections with the best local people for your business.
