The #EUNetZeroIndustryAct, as part of Europe’s Green Deal Industrial Plan, aims to establish a simpler and more predictable legal framework for net-zero industries in the EU, with a key focus on enhancing the #availability of CO2 #storage sites. At both the European and national levels, important first steps are being taken towards creating the CO2 capture and storage regulatory framework. This framework must include provisions for #access to and #adequacy of critical #infrastructure, such as transport and storage, aligning with international practices.
