    So, creatives need a mission? May we suggest selling as a mission? I mean, that's what they hire us for, right? Also... if the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs 2023 report ranked creative thinking as the second most in-demand skill for workers, above attributes like technical literacy, perhaps the way to resolve the burnout and "want to quit" problems is for ad agencies to recognize that being creative is not limited to the ivory tower silos and that EVERYONE can be creative?
