On this Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States Armed Forces. We are forever grateful for their courage, dedication, and selflessness in protecting our nation and defending our freedoms. It was an honor and pleasure to host Farooq Mitha, Director of the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs (OPBP) and Special Assistant Mohammed Al-Mawla for a tour of ASX. As a non-traditional defense contractor developing non-traditional defense capabilities leveraging the automotive industrial base, Airspace Experience Technologies (ASX) is poised to deliver cost saving capabilities to the DoD. As we develop and test our collaborative ground and air robotic systems to deliver cargo to the point of need, we are looking forward to working with Director Farooq Mitha to team with traditional defense contractors accelerate our progress. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with WSP and MDOT Office of Aeronautics to develop and test an all new Mesh Communications Framework for Advanced Air and Ground Mobility. As more automated ground and aircraft systems enter service, digital infrastructure is required to facilitate authentication, collision avoidance, safety messaging and the broadcast of rules and routes. Breaking News: ASX signs OTP Agreement with United States Air Force AFWERX Jon Rimanelli announced the news @CES Air Mobility Breakfast with Michigan Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist II and Michigan Economic Development Corporation CEO Quentin Messer, Jr. CEcD, Chief Mobility Officer Justine Johnson, Janine Ward, and Silicon Foundry's Eli Promisel (Thank you!) The Other Transaction Prototype (OTP) Agreement provides ASX with direct financial and in-kind support for ground and flight testing of the Sigma-6 eVTOL. We are honored to have been selected to join the Agility Prime portfolio of companies. More details to follow in an official press release. This is a significant milestone for ASX as it provides us with access to United States Air Force tools and resources to accelerate our path to certification.
