Today I took charge of the the signing of Memorandum Of Understanding between International Commission Of Jurists (ICJ) & The Inter-Governmental Relations Technical Committee(IGTRC). The MOU encompasses joint research in areas of mutual interest aimed at ensuring that the vision of the Constitution is fully realized.
