We had an amazing few days at the Healthcare Design Conference + Expo! One highlight we want to share is the IIDA Power Breakfast: Holistic Approach to Healing and Well-Being. A few takeaways from our discussion were Enacting emotional intelligence to build trust with stakeholders like patients and their families and the care staff - Instilling humility is necessary in any successful outcome - Using the eight dimensions of well-being to create enduring facilities with healing experiences - We had a great audience for this conversation, led by our always engaging moderator Kip Altstaetter, Managing Partner and Principal of The KipCo.
