Last week, the IBF's JusticeCorps staff attended the Self-Represented Litigation Network (SRLN) conference in Salt Lake City, which supports professionals focused on the question of how to achieve 100% access to civil justice. IBF Director of Grants & Access to Justice Stacey Weiler presented “Nonlawyer Navigators in State Courts: An Update from the Field” which highlighted the Illinois JusticeCorps program. The NCBF strives to advance the work of bar foundations across the country by promoting the integral role of bar foundations in advancing law-related philanthropy and serving as a resource to assist bar foundations in carrying out our missions.

We're making new friends at the Illinois State Bar Association Solo & Small Firm Conference this week in Champaign-Urbana! Everyone enjoyed meeting the therapy dogs from PAWPRINT MINISTRIES NFP, including Second Vice President Juan Thomas and former IBF Board member Marcos Resendiz.
