Chris Kaag started CorpsFitness out of the back of his truck in 2004 with his special blend of encouragement, guilt, and gratitude. The Marine Corps-style workouts pushed thousands of people to redefine their own possible. On Saturday, September 7th, Chris Kaag and Amanda Kodz teamed up to remind a bunch of the old-school CorpsFit members and some fresh faces how to do monkey squats in cadence but to also to remind us all to be grateful for what we still “get to” do. Thank you to CrossFit Crossing and Amanda for hosting the workout and to everyone who donated to the IM ABLE Foundation for the privilege of getting your butts kicked by Chris at a CorpsFit workout. #CorpsFitness #MarineCorps #ThrowbackWorkout #FlashbackFriday #Reunion
