Chantal Forster our partnerships are everything to us at ImagineCRM! Thanks for being a leader in the AI space.
✨ Exciting news! My friend Chantal Forster the AI Strategy Resident at the Annenberg Foundation, formerly from the Technology Association of Grantmakers came to LA! I absolutely love it when colleagues from our ecosystem visit my hometown—it’s always a great reminder of the amazing connections we build in this space. Chantal has been doing incredible work in the AI world, leading conversations that truly matter for the philanthropy space. Her innovative approach and intentional, caring nature are exactly what our sector needs right now. She’s not just shaping the future of AI in philanthropy—she’s making sure it’s thoughtful, impactful, and aligned with the values our customers share. So grateful for our friendship, Chantal! 💡 Introducing Einstein Summaries & AI-Powered Fundraising Tools for Nonprofits 💡 Salesforce is revolutionizing Nonprofit Cloud with Einstein Summaries and Fundraising Gift Proposals, making it easier for nonprofits to streamline operations and engage donors more effectively. Hannah Kahn our CRO, looked at how we can use the tools to better our organization: ⭐️ Understand Program Success: Automatically generate program performance summaries from data like descriptions and attendance, ready to add to impact reports with a click—saving days of manual work! 🙂 Engage with Major Donors: Prepare for high-value donor meetings faster with AI-generated summaries of key donor information, reducing hours of research so fundraisers can focus on relationship-building. 👀 Simplify Grantmaking: Create one-page summaries of complex grant applications and project performance to share with board members, ensuring a smoother review process and future grant planning. 🗺️ Understand Engagement History: Summarize conversations and interactions with stakeholders to give nonprofit teams up-to-date insights into donor and program participant preferences and history. 📣 Personalized Fundraising Proposals: With Fundraising Gift Proposals, nonprofits can now create tailored gift proposals based on donor data, such as past support, personal interests, and previous interactions. This reduces the time spent manually gathering information and crafting custom proposals, empowering fundraisers to work more efficiently. These AI-driven innovations are empowering nonprofits to focus on their mission while AI handles time-consuming tasks. #Salesforce #NonprofitCloud #AIforGood #Fundraising #EinsteinAI #Grantmaking #Nonprofits

Last week, we brought our fantastic team together for our company offsite, which was brilliant. We focused on our vision for 2025 for grantmaking organizations , alignment as a team, and connection on many levels because, as we are a remote company, we don't get to see each other as much as we'd often like, speaking every day on video calls is wonderful, but nothing beats in person. We have some big plans, some wonderful customers we are innovating with, and great ideas being put into motion. Wishing you all a fantastic week ahead, watch this space! The ImagineCRM team. 🙂
