A significant and historic building on Auburn Avenue is being brought back to life with the upcoming move of Georgia Works!, a nonprofit that provides housing and employment to homeless men who are drug- and alcohol-free and willing to work. Most units will be 250 square feet and have two beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The organization anticipates moving into the building a year from now. The new location will allow Georgia Works to nearly double its operations, serving almost 300 men a year! #makeanimpact #communities

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of the City of Refuge, Inc. Transformation Center! This 37,459 SF 3-story mixed-use facility will provide economic, health, and wellness services to help West Atlanta residents, including veterans and returning citizens. The Transformation Center will offer services like a medical and mental health clinic for survivors of trafficking and domestic violence, a credit union, a produce market/grocer, and a social entrepreneurship hub, as well as 25 affordable housing units. We're proud to be part of this project that will #makeanimpact on the Atlanta community.
