  • Do you know about Price's Law? It states that half of any given result is produced by just the square root of contributors. So let's say there are 25 salespeople. Only 5 of them will produce 50% of all commissions and 20 of them will produce the remaining 50% of all commissions. And the disparity grows when the number of contributors grows. Who here can explain this phenomenon?

  • 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 For years, we thought selling was about building a perfect, logical bridge between product and customer. But no matter how well we constructed that bridge, we struggled to get people to cross it. Then we realized the problem—it wasn’t the bridge itself but the connection. Our clients stood in the city of emotion, while we were stuck in logic. we weren’t reaching them where they lived. When we began speaking to their emotional needs—like the need to feel belonging, status, or control—the bridge became a smooth path they were eager to walk. Suddenly, sales weren’t about facts anymore; they were about how the product or solution made people feel connected, important, and empowered. People live in a city of emotion. Build your bridge from there, and you’ll create a path your customers want to follow. Follow Impactful Digital Marketing #marketing #sales #digitalmarketing

  • 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝? We were at the grocery store the other day, staring at the cookie aisle filled with more than 10 variations of Oreos. I couldn’t help but wonder, are all these options really helping? When did buying a pack of cookies become so overwhelming? Sometimes, too much choice can lead to confusion and cannibalization of sales. Keeping things simple might be the smarter move—both for customers and brands. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌? • 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬’ $106𝐌 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 I’ve always wondered about the impact when prescriptions aren’t picked up. For Walgreens, this issue became significant. From 2009 to 2020, the company resold uncollected meds without canceling claims, leading to a $106 million settlement with the U.S. government. Walgreens claimed a software error for the problem, highlighting the challenges in managing billing. This case highlights the need for strong #BusinessEthics and encourages us to examine how billing processes are handled across all industries. It also underscores the importance of #Transparency in business practices, particularly in the #Healthcare sector. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚? • 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥’𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐲-𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 Campbell’s decision to drop “Soup” from its name really made me reflect on how #marketing evolves. For years, Campbell’s was synonymous with comfort and tradition. Now, they’re embracing #growth through bold moves by changing their #branding. It’s inspiring to see a company adapt, but it comes with tough choices. While they’re investing in new plants, they’re also closing others, affecting hundreds of employees. As leaders, we know that #leadership isn’t just about making decisions—it’s about understanding the ripple effect on everyone involved. Campbell’s shows us that sometimes the hardest decisions lead to the most meaningful progress. 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒌 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒍’𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈? 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔!

  • 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐚’𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐩 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝? Canva’s recent price hike is causing waves in the #digitalmarketing and #business worlds. Starting in 2025, their Teams Account subscriptions will increase from $120 to $500 annually, citing the integration of advanced #AI #Technology. Since 2023, these tools have transformed how designers work, becoming essential to many workflows. Canva’s bold #pricing is a gamble—they’re betting users will see the value despite the hiked price. Even if 75% of customers leave, Canva will maintain the same revenue, but if fewer users drop off, profits will soar. This move will impact both the #ecommerce and content creation community, potentially setting new trends in digital tool pricing. 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒗𝒂 𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔? • Why are top influencers being suspended suddenly? Have you ever noticed this? Our company follows several AI & Marketing professionals on social media who share valuable content. Their posts have inspired us and taught us numerous strategies that we've successfully implemented. However, there's a recurring issue: occasionally, their accounts get suspended by the social media platforms. Why does this happen? Their content is professional and valuable, yet they still face suspension without clear reasons. These influencers often create new accounts, but they struggle to contact support to resolve the issue. This serves as a stark reminder: we don’t own our social media accounts. We're essentially living in someone else's house, where eviction can happen without notice. It's a call for us to diversify our online presence and not rely solely on one platform. How would you feel if your account vanished? Tell us!

  • 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Our Founder injured his shoulder a while back and as a result needed physical therapy. He reported his assigned therapist was fantastic. She used gentle stretches and massages, and his progress was improving. But then his insurance changed, and he had to see a different therapist. The new therapist had a much more aggressive approach. He believed in pulling hard on shoulders to speed up the healing process. His process was incredibly painful and didn’t help at all so our founder switched therapists again. This whole ordeal pinpoints the importance of #Methodology: a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t always work. People are different, and what works for one person might not work for another. Understanding and catering to individual needs is key to effective #Leadership and #Productivity. What life lesson has impacted you most? Help us grow together.

  • 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐚 10-𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬! Last Friday, we dined at a cozy restaurant inside a small local casino. The food was delicious, affordable, and the staff were friendly, making it a delightful #CustomerExperience. In the middle of our meal, we noticed chefs carrying huge trays out to the casino floor. Curious, we asked our waitress what was happening. She said, "We randomly give out treats to our guests. Today, it's freshly baked 2" x 2" brownies, and you'll get one too." We were pleasantly surprised. This small casino stands out by offering unique perks to attract value-oriented players. They provide looser slots, decent food at low prices, better rewards, free treats, and personal #CustomerService. For just a few cents, the brownie made us feel special. It’s a reminder that understanding your customers and exceeding their expectations is crucial for one's #BusinessStrategy. Share a time when a small gesture from a business made a big difference to you!
