𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Our Founder injured his shoulder a while back and as a result needed physical therapy. He reported his assigned therapist was fantastic. She used gentle stretches and massages, and his progress was improving. But then his insurance changed, and he had to see a different therapist. The new therapist had a much more aggressive approach. He believed in pulling hard on shoulders to speed up the healing process. His process was incredibly painful and didn’t help at all so our founder switched therapists again. This whole ordeal pinpoints the importance of #Methodology: a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t always work. People are different, and what works for one person might not work for another.
