    Getting to the root cause is a core component of our strategy in helping clients overcome challenges such as a general sense of overwhelm and burnout. Chronic inflammation is a root cause we see showing up in many challenges of life (e.g., Alzheimer's, arthritis, allergies, etc.).     We talk a lot about the need for focus. On our goals, our challenges, the actions we want to develop and take to support our goals. On gratitude and reflection. Etc. We haven't delved in much to the different ways we help our clients focus. In simple terms, there are times to zoom in and others to zoom out. For this #focusedfriday we wanted to bring attention to the need to lose or loosen our focus in order to foster creativity.
