Hello old friends! We're back! We may be slightly older, with a few more wrinkles.... but the facts of this report still stand true: > Two out of three people said they developed skills whilst caring for others > Yet 70% of people said that despite this skills development, it didn't positively impact upon their careers. Does your business embrace the skills developed through caregiving? Are you helping your people use these skills confidently, or are you holding them (and yourselves) back?

Working with employers to recognise the credible skills developed through caring as parents or unpaid carers
About us
(In)Credible is a new social enterprise dedicated to reframing caring experience as a credible form of skills development. People who take time to care for others, as parents or unpaid carers, develop key skills such as empathy and resilience, which have never been more needed in the professional world. Yet by taking the time to care, they risk impacting their career for decades. We believe this doesn’t have to be the case.
