About us
InUnity Alliance is the umbrella advocacy association of New York's behavioral health community, representing nearly 250 non-profit community based behavioral health agencies that serve more than 50,000 consumers throughout NYS. InUnity Alliance is membership supported along with foundation and government funding for special purpose of advocacy training and technical assistance projects. InUnity Alliance was founded in 2023 through the merger of The Coalition for Behavioral Health and The Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers of New York State.

Last week, NYS Senator Nathalia Fernandez and NADAP’s Director of Development, Douglas O., joined the InUnity Alliance in Albany to spotlight the urgent need for job training and vocational services at the NYS Opioid Settlement Fund Advisory Board meeting. These life-changing programs help tens of thousands of New Yorkers with substance use disorders to overcome employment barriers and avoid relapse. NADAP urges Governor Hochul (New York State Executive Chamber) and NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports to prioritize restoring funding for these critical services before it is too late.
