🌊 Amazon's Bedrock generative AI service launch is making waves! Allowing AWS customers to personalize AI models with their data, Bedrock enables them to create AI "agents" for tasks like travel booking and inventory management, all via an intuitive API. Soon, Llama 2 from Meta joins Bedrock's AI lineup, alongside AI21 Labs, Anthropic, Cohere, and Stability AI models. Amazon takes pride in being the first to offer Llama 2 with both 13-billion and 70-billion parameters in a "fully managed generative AI service." This integration uniquely pairs with AWS services, including secure connections through AWS PrivateLink. Amazon's innovation extends to its Titan Embeddings model, converting text into numerical representations for search and personalization. Supporting 25 languages and processing text of around 6,000 words, it competes with the latest OpenAI embeddings. #AINews #AIInnovation 🚀🌐🤖

📊 Which Scoring Is Good? 🤔 Now that you know how scoring is performed and why it is done, let’s consider a trickier question: how can we tell if our scoring is good? To find the answer and give explanations, we’ll have to draw yet another analogy from the banking sector. 💰 Banks can change their credit score threshold depending on the circumstances. Larger, more affluent banks can approve a loan for a borrower with a lower credit score. Smaller ones, however, will only lend to highly reliable individuals since they can’t afford to take risks. The same logic applies to email marketing. Sometimes, a score of 100 is enough for a subscriber to be on a mailing list. And sometimes, even a score of 400 is below the threshold. Every website is unique and has a one-of-a-kind subscriber dynamic. To make the final decision, algorithms take numerous factors into account, including the situation on the website, its mailing resources, and the business strategy. Are we interested in growing our subscriber list or consistent performance? The final decision depends on the answer to this question, as well as many others. 🤷♂️🤷♀️ As you can see, scoring is a complicated concept. This is why we have introduced an additional notion – the scoring rank. This video explains what scoring rank is and how you can use it in your campaigns: 🎥✨

How Profile Scoring in Email Marketing Works 📧 Ever wondered how we at Inbox Suite determine the score of a profile? 🤔 To fully explain the process, let's draw an analogy from the banking world. When a bank assesses a potential borrower for a loan, they evaluate various factors like social status, income, property, and credit history. Based on these variables, the bank's internal algorithm calculates a credit score, which ultimately influences their lending decision. This score is derived from the borrower's history, current status, and additional parameters derived from that history. Now, let's apply this concept to email marketing. Each subscriber profile on our platform has their history of behavior, such as email interactions, open rates, click-through rates, and current subscription status. By analyzing this data, we create a subscriber's portrait, which helps us assign a score to them. Let's break down how profile scoring is done for a specific website: Now that we've delved into the intricacies of profile scoring and its significance in assessing potential subscriber activity and engagement, one burning question lingers: What makes for a "good" score? The answer, as it turns out, isn't one-size-fits-all. Stay tuned for our next post, where we'll explore how to determine the right scoring benchmarks and share insights on optimizing your email marketing strategy.
