Recently our extended leadership team connected on key company initiatives – and put their dog grooming skills to the test. Here's a look at the finished product.

At IPP, every day is Take Your Dog to Work Day. And we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🐾 🐶 ❤️ One of our core values is companionship, which means building strong bonds with our teammates (both human and animal). Our dogs bring joy, laughter and fun to the office, helping to make it an amazing place to work. Here are some of our four-legged coworkers – aka the treat tasters, toy testers and expert snugglers running things behind the scenes.

At IPP, perks include letting your dog be a professional toy tester. 🐶 🧸 🦴 We’re expanding our House Brand line of Attachment Theory toys! Each toy is designed in shades of blue, yellow and gray – the spectrum of colors dogs can see. Keep an eye out for new dog-approved designs launching in-store soon.

In celebration of Pride month, we’d like to share what Pride means to us at IPP. Pride means ensuring every pet parent who walks through our doors feels welcome. It means creating a workplace where everyone feels confident being themselves. And it means helping to make our community a safe, inclusive place for all. Join us as we stand proudly with our LGBTQ+ community members. We see you, we hear you, and we celebrate you. 🏳️🌈 🐾

Every pet deserves a safe, loving home. That's why we're committed to supporting local animal rescues. Throughout the month of April, we're hosting in-store donation drives at all Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies and Kriser's Natural Pet locations to benefit these community organizations: PawsCo (Colorado) The Bond Between (Minnesota & Wisconsin) Rescue Tails Animal Welfare (Illinois) Wichita Animal Action League (Kansas) Thank you to our rescue partners and to everyone who is able to donate!

Congratulations to our 2023 Store Manager of the Year: Megan Hawkins. Megan is an outstanding leader, whose passion for helping pets and their people shines. Over the past two years, Megan has been promoted from supervisor to assistant store manager to store manager – and has made her Hudson, Wisconsin store a top performing location. Megan equips her Hudson team for success, while helping to train peers at multiple other locations. She ensures operational efficiency. And most importantly, she is a trusted source of knowledge for pet parents in the community. Thank you, Megan! We couldn't ask for a better teammate.
