Prior to joining the team at The Manufacturing Institute - MI, I was not aware of the variety of career pathways that can fall under the umbrella of "manufacturing." Over the last 15 months, I've learned about the importance of supply chain operations, advanced maintenance technicians, human resources, the skilled trades, and communications and marketing, just to name a few.
