Matt Joined iLabs in March of 2021 and over the last three years has been an integral team member and key component to the company’s growth. Matt works with customers and team members alike and provides critical guidance and mentorship to junior software developers. Matt’s continuous exceptional performance and contributions to customers on behalf of Infinity Labs has earned him a well-deserved promotion to Senior Software Engineer. 🚨PROMOTION ALERT🚨 E. Esterly has been promoted to the position of Branch Lead, Innovative Operational Applications in the Software Solutions Division! E. joined iLabs in May of 2022 and over the last two years has consistently demonstrated outstanding technical and leadership skills as Senior Software Engineer & Lead Architect. In this capacity, E. collaborated, mentored, and led the iLabs team and the various external teams while navigating significant challenges on several challenging projects. E.'s performance is consistently lauded by teammates and mission partners alike. Additionally, E. regularly provides mentorship to junior software developers as well as senior level managers alike, a display of true servant leadership. As Branch Lead, E. will undoubtedly continue to develop and mentor team members and build upon the Infinity Labs core values. Mak Makhmudov has been promoted to Software Developer! Mak has been a valued member of the Infinity Labs team since joining in May 2022 after graduating Wright State University and demonstrated tremendous technical growth, dedication to self and team performance, and a desire to support others. Mak has consistently delivered high quality results and seeks opportunities for growth. 🏈Week 2 and 3 Fantasy Football GMs of the Week🏈 Week 2's GM of the Week is Edward Simpson, Manager of simpsoe (sweet name. Ed...). Despite starting an injured and ruled out for the game player, Ed brutalized the his equally originally named opponent, New Team 23, by 54.2 points. Ouch. Ed's win came on the back of Arizona Cardinals Football Club QB1, Kyler Murray, who threw three TDs and rushed for 59 yards scoring a monster 37.2 points. Adding to the Week 2 onslaught was Arizona Cardinals Football Club Rookie and star receiver in the making, Marvin Harrison Jr. whos 130 receiving yards and two TD receptions was enough to net 27 points in the half PPR format. Week 3's GM of the Week is Jason Molnar, Manager of Molnar's Mjolnirs. Infinity's favorite patriotic hobo got the performance he'd been waiting for from Dallas Cowboys QB1, Dak Prescott, and Baltimore Ravens RB1/humanoid steam roller, Derrick Henry. With the Cowboys behind at the half, Dak went into overdrive in the 4th quarter, throwing 2 TDs and rushing for a 3rd. On the other side of the ball, Baltimore gave the rock to Derrick Henry 25 times resulting in 151 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs against a porous Cowboys D-Line. Jason ended Week 3 with 144.15 points sending Erick Van Dam and his squad to a three-way tie for last place in the 24 team, 2 Division League.
