If you’ve got experience in surface land acquisition, permitting, surveying, and navigating complex regulatory environments (BLM, NMSLO, etc.), we want to hear from you. This role is a critical part of our team and will help lead land and permitting efforts across Lea and Eddy Counties, New Mexico. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, work directly with agencies and landowners, and be instrumental in shaping the region’s next wave of infrastructure.
