And we promote successful interoperable payment schemes by supporting financial service providers and fintechs, especially as third-party payment initiators, with simplified onboarding and optimised participation aligned with industry best practices. INFITX is one of the founding members of the open-source community that maintains Mojaloop - the first open source software for building a real-time interoperable payment network. As leaders in this community, we are central to the core solution and development of adjacent capabilities, using OSS technologies to drive financial inclusion.

Mojaloop Monitoring: Open-Source FinTech Keeps a Watchful Eye Ever wondered how they keep track of a cool open-source project like Mojaloop (financial inclusion platform)? Keeping an eye on a complex open-source project like Mojaloop is crucial. This post by Muzammil Bashir, a monitoring guru, unveils how to build a monitoring system to keep tabs on everything. Here's the gist: Leverage open-source tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager) for a cost-effective and customizable monitoring solution. Separate monitoring infrastructure from service integration for a clean workflow, allowing teams to focus on their areas of expertise. Utilize Grafana dashboards specifically designed for Mojaloop, alongside pre-built dashboards for other components, for a comprehensive monitoring view. Benefits: Gain valuable insights into system performance and proactively identify issues before they impact users. Improve the overall reliability and scalability of the monitoring system to handle future growth. Streamline service integration for the development team, boosting overall development efficiency.
