Another amazing WEFTEC! Our Inframark team thoroughly enjoyed WEFTEC 2024 in New Orleans last week. This flagship event provides the ideal opportunity to connect with clients, colleagues and partners throughout the water industry. Our Automation & Intelligence team recently held a leadership meeting and made time to honor and benefit our troops — putting our vision to "Create a Better World Together" in action! During the retreat, these leaders participated in military-themed, team-building activities. Each team completed their “mission” and earned items, such as personal hygiene products and candy, to donate to the United Service Organization (USO) for military members. Collectively, the team donated over 570 items to the USO in assembled care packages. #OneTeam #BetterWorldTogether #USO

Last week, we celebrated Customer Service Week and recognized the hard work of our entire Customer Care team — whose work enables Inframark to deliver on our commitment to service excellence. The team enjoyed a week of activities and friendly competitions, from game day challenges to themed dress-up days, ending with a well-deserved BBQ lunch and raffles. Most importantly, we were able to show our appreciation — extending our gratitude to these colleagues for their ongoing energy, positivity, and dedication to serve and care for our customers every day! #OneTeam #QuestforExcellence

We had an amazing time at the recent West Basin Municipal Water District’s Water Fest, where our team connected with the community to share the importance of water recycling. Attendees enjoyed tours of the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility, as well as fun activities like music, food, and a Halloween costume contest for the kids. We’re especially proud to see the next generation already getting involved— with one of our Inframark family members winning the costume contest, dressing up as an Inframark water operator!

Congratulations to Operator Jacob Saenz from our project in Camarillo, CA for being named the 2024 Association of Water Agencies (AWA) - Ventura County Student of the Year! Jacob was honored for his exceptional academic achievement and dedication to the industry. Jacob’s recognition is an example of the hard work and commitment that drives Inframark's entire OneTeam on our #QuestforExcellence.

Part of our vision to "Create a Better World Together" is to empower our communities through education and engagement. Recently, we participated in a National Night Out event at Harris County MUD 391 in Texas. Our team had the opportunity to share important water conservation tips with residents, including household and lawn care practices, while also offering fun and educational activities for the kids. Julio Villegas, our Lead Field Service Technician, set up a water meter exhibit to demonstrate how a meter works and what is located underground, helping customers better understand their responsibilities. A special thanks to Juan Olivo, Julio Villegas, and Randy Davila for representing Inframark’s commitment to operational excellence and community support.

We had a fantastic day at the Ventura Community College Career Fair, where our #OneTeam members, Brian MacDonald and Kelly Aguilera, engaged with students and discussed exciting internship opportunities in the water industry. As part of Inframark’s commitment to building a sustainable future, we are proud to connect with the next generation of professionals. Brian shared, "The day was a success because we met so many talented individuals eager to make an impact in their communities. Their enthusiasm for the water industry aligns perfectly with our OneTeam approach.

At Inframark, we believe in the power of community and fostering meaningful relationships. Our La Vergne, TN team is proud to support the La Vergne Senior Center by sponsoring their annual Wii Bowling League. Each year, we donate t-shirts for the participants, enhancing their friendly competitions and bringing joy to their activities. Daniel Campbell, Inframark's Project Manager at the La Verge Water Plant, shared his thoughts: “I have had the privilege to work with the La Vergne Senior Center for over three years now and enjoy the relationship I have grown with its members.
