Ingrid Christensen, our incredible founder and president, recently just wrapped up an inspiring presentation at #VAMOSJUNTOS2025 in Mexico City! 🇲🇽 She had the privilege of sharing her insights from her book The Language of Trust, diving into powerful lessons from her 19 years leading INGCO. Her “Let’s Get Down to Business” session was packed with practical tips on leadership, strategy, and fostering growth within teams. Ingrid published The Language of Trust two years ago at a fun book launch celebration in Dublin, Ireland! She also moderated an intriguing panel with five leading industry associations, including Juntos - Association of Language Services of Latin America and the Caribbean, Globalization and Localization Association (GALA), Women in Localization, and the Association of Language Companies. Finally, Ingrid participated in a global State of Interpreting panel, where she provided her industry expertise to the global audience. The panel was a fabulous discussion of the latest within the interpreting industry aimed at educating attendees about what language companies need to be aware of right now regarding interpreting. She was joined on the panel by representatives from several organizations. The summit was filled with brilliant minds from around the world—language professionals, innovators, and industry leaders—all coming together to shape the future of language services. It was a week of networking, learning, and unforgettable conversations.
