Our team partnered with FINFROCK to deliver LEED Building Energy Modeling for a 9-story, +/- 195,000 square foot office building. The collaboration between Ingenuity and Finfrock exemplifies the remarkable outcomes that are possible through teamwork and a unified vision.

On Thursday, October 3, 2024, we are thrilled to invite you to come out and meet our team at the University of Central Florida's Internship & Career Expo. This event presents a wonderful opportunity for you to learn more about our company, explore exciting career possibilities, and interact with industry professionals who are eager to share their experiences and insights.

Ingenuity has proudly collaborated with EMBREY to deliver MEPFP engineering services for The Cannery at The Packing District. This 5-story apartment building seamlessly blends comfort, convenience, and style. The building includes: - A variety of well-designed apartments that cater to diverse living preferences. - A pool courtyard that offers residents a serene space to relax and unwind. - A comprehensive clubhouse with leasing and fitness areas. - A 6-story parking garage that ensures ample parking space for all residents and visitors. The partnership between Ingenuity and Embrey stands as a testament to what can be achieved through collaboration and shared vision. 

On this day, we pay tribute to the victims whose lives were abruptly taken, leaving behind grieving families and communities. Each name represents a story, a lifetime of dreams, aspirations, and love that was cut short. We also honor the heroes who emerged in the face of unimaginable horror—first responders, firefighters, police officers, and ordinary citizens who displayed extraordinary courage and selflessness.

Ingenuity had the distinct pleasure of collaborating with Meld Studio Architecture to deliver comprehensive MEPFP/IT engineering services for the Florida Tech Biomedical Research Engineering Building located in Melbourne, FL. The +/- 60,000 square foot building contains a lecture hall, conference center, design center, computer labs, and numerous other features, highlighting its role as a multifaceted hub for education and research.

This year, Ingenuity has partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to support their Light The Night fundraising campaign. LLS is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding research, finding cures and ensuring access to treatments for blood cancer patients. Light The Night is an evening walk and fundraising event supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission to find cures for blood cancers. It is our communities' night to bring light to the darkness of cancer by celebrating those who are fighting the disease and to honor those we have lost.   Walk night is a light filled evening where we come together as a community to honor survivors, raise awareness of blood cancers and remember those who have lost their battle.
