Nothing like a mid week break from end of quarter stress with this fantastic crew! Although we are split between the Big Apple & the Windy City, this hasn't stopped us from building meaningful team connections in creative ways - including a recent virtual wine tasting hosted by Margaret Hatch at In Good Taste Wines. Is it always about who you know? Sometimes, I’d argue it’s the flavors that make the introduction. Last month, Corporate Ink’s annual virtual wine-tasting event popped off with an array of new flavors, and I had the pleasure of working directly with the In Good Taste Wines team in the lead-up. The journey was nothing short of excellent, but my stand-out moment came last week when I received a special delivery —a Cascade Wines of Washington kit from In Good Taste! This kit piqued my interest and I was bummed to learn it wasn’t released yet during our event prep. Zach Feinberg, ever so thoughtful, ensured I didn’t miss out on the experience by sending it my way. 😊 Moments like these remind us of the power of building professional relationships that extend beyond just “closing the deal,” but towards personal connections that leave a lasting impression. A Dozen Rosés for Mother’s Day! When we were creating this year’s Mother’s Day box, my mom who besides being our VP of emotional support is an art teacher by profession so many of the box designs, labels and art that you see from us are inspired by her eye for design. She was the first person we turned to help design our mini bottle dozen rosé experience.
