Two days ago, iniTECH, Inc. was thrilled to attend the #NAFFS 2024 Technical Meeting. I was honored to speak at the event alongside the distinguished Matt Pulskamp, VP of Operations for Custom Flavors. Our presentation covered the history and evolution of #leanmanufacturing, with a focus on the flavor and ingredient industry moving forward. Our goal was to encourage the deployment of proven lean practices and to educate those in attendance on converging revolutionary tools, such as #AI and new #robot technologies across their facilities.
