Today, I am thrilled to share that we have acquired Aerodome, the leader in Drone as First Responder (DFR) technology. We partnered with Aerodome earlier this year, believing that DFR programs are truly the next step in a modern law enforcement agency’s incident response strategy. No other technology helps officers get eyes on the scene faster than a drone. A drone can be anywhere within a city in under 90 seconds, giving officers near real-time eyes on the scene to respond rapidly and save lives. As part of this announcement, we will develop a fleet of American-made, National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)-compliant drones, within the next 12 months.
