🔥 No number of salespeople can cover up a sh1t product or service. I see many desperate companies blindly hiring massive sales "teams" to urgently find more revenue. But, unfortunately, their product is STILL sub-par, and that's why they're failing (fast). POINT 1: The best and CHEAPEST salesperson you'll ever get is below (read the image). They're telling the world; "TRY THIS PRODUCT - I did, and I LOVE IT!" THEY are your salesperson - and THEY'RE paying YOU to do it. Huzzah! POINT 2: Salespeople are a complete waste of money unless your product is dialed in. So, dial in your product first. You cannot put the cart before the horse. POINT 3: Before you hire salespeople, encourage your customers - no matter how few you have - to evangelize your product FOR you (just Google "AscendTMS Reviews" and you'll see what I mean). This simple process is free and it works. POINT 4: Once your product is dialed in, and you have a nice flow of happy customers, you can THEN hire salespeople to accelerate revenue. Even better, glowing reviews like the one below make your sales team's job much (much) easier to close the new deals they're working. FINAL POINT: If an average salesperson costs you $50k "all in" for their annual base salary, and you hire just 5 of them, that's a quarter of a million in annual salary spend. So, even if they do find some customers, but those new customers are churning because your product doesn't meet their most basic needs (or worse, doesn't work properly), you're just wasting every penny of that $250,000 annually. Worse, you'll be alienating those customers forever, and they'll never come back to you. Read that again. S L O W L Y. Business is just a series of common-sense steps - and having a good product is always the first one. So, how will you know your product is good? Your customers will do that.
