IHO wants to thank the Anaheim Community Foundation (ACF) for its $1,500 grant to support our transportation program for seniors living at our El Verano and Rockwood communities in Anaheim. In a recent study funded by the Samueli Foundation, IHO confirmed that many residents are dependent on IHO’s supplemental Transportation Program to access necessities such as food, medical appointments, and more. Exciting News! Thanks to a generous grant from Wells Fargo, we’re making incredible strides on our Lincoln Beach Project! This transformative development will create 47 new affordable homes for seniors and transitional-aged youth in Anaheim. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2025 with completion by mid-2026. This project also includes The Launch Pad, a small business incubator and community hub to foster local entrepreneurship and economic growth.
