Sean should get a little bonus for cutting the baseless sidewall down to size before they started the fabrication. Sean is helping Johnny out by cutting our Honey 30 to width on our rotary slitter. Once they are cut to width, Johnny grinds and applies glue to the bottom side and removes some of the profile before crimping on clipper lacing. Normally, we split our sidewall and V-guide fabrications into two separate videos, but we don't want to burden you with too many videos of Sean. 😂 Not being mean, but he didn't get me a coffee the other day. 😜 Now back to the fabrication. Sean starts by welding two K17 V-Guides on our Easy 20 belt and then welds on baseless PVC sidewall on the inside of the V-Guide. Sean makes removing the profile on our Honey 10 Staggered Saw belt make look effortless (In reality it only took 11 takes. Just kidding 😂). Once he adds the clipper lacing and tests the lacing alignment to the belt he welds a K17 Solid PVC guide to the bottom of the belt. He makes two of these belts and ships them out to another happy customer.

Peter is at the controls of our HF welder for today's featured fabrication video. He starts out making our REOclean T50 SB positive drive homogeneous belt endless in our "butt splice press" and then welds on 30mm tall light blue PU side wall with our HF welder. He then finishes the sidewall spice by hand, making the belt so beautiful you could frame it.

Johnny is at peace in our timing belt shop. One, because he loves timing belts and two, Peter wasn't over there to bother him. 😂 We are featuring a pretty straightforward fabrication today. Yes, you may have seen our REOclean F30 Rice DB belt being fabricated before. Sometimes we weld the notched guide on the rice pattern side or sometimes it is the smooth side. Either way, we love the look of the PU notched V-Guide on the dark blue belt.
