InProduction team members Cameron Pulliam and James McGlynn joined Jason Tedrow at the Sports Business Journal AXS Drive Conference in Frisco, TX, last week. It was an excellent event focused on helping teams, leagues, and venues maximize revenue, foster innovation, and streamline operations. During the conference, our President & CEO, Jason Tedrow, presented to the attendees on the use of temporary structures as a fast, flexible, and cost-effective way to drive additional revenue and enhance the spectator experience. Kudos to the entire SBJ team for putting on an exceptional event. We are looking forward to attending the Intercollegiate Athletics Forum in Las Vegas in December. Northwestern University and Northwestern Athletics had a big challenge on their hands: their home football stadium needed a two-year renovation and expansion. They needed a temporary venue for their teams, and they trusted us to bring their vision to life. The location? A stunning piece of land right on the lake. In just 65 days, we completed a 14,000-seat stadium, complete with VIP suites, ready to host its first kickoff just a week later. We’re proud to be part of the booming hospitality and event production industry. As the demand for in-person experiences grows, we’re here to make the impossible possible, blending cutting-edge technology with a passion for innovation. We hope you’ll take a moment to watch as Jason Tedrow and Danny Ellis from InProduction, Luke Figora and Jesse Marks from Northwestern University, Ryan Bucher from The Nations Group, and Northwestern's head football coach, David Braun, discuss this amazing project and the total collaboration that made this stadium a reality.

In Asbury Park, New Jersey, the Sea. Hear. Now Festival brings music to the beach. This past weekend, festival-goers closed out the summer watching artists like Noah Kahan, Grace Potter, The Black Crowes, the legendary Bruce Springsteen, and more, all while surf legends competed. Once again, fans were able to take part in an elevated experience at the VIP deck, right on the sand.

This past weekend marked the 19th playing of the Solheim Cup, this time at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club on the outskirts of our nation’s capital. Adding seats and hospitality suites, InProduction's role was to create an atmosphere for fans to cheer on their favorite golfers. Congratulations to Team USA, as they defeated Europe 15.5 to 12.5 to claim their first Solheim Cup victory since 2017.

Ever dreamt of spending the night on a golf course? For several lucky people, that dream will come true this week at the Solheim Cup as the top female golfers from the US and Europe face off. Our team had the incredible opportunity to assist with this one-of-a-kind hotel room, located right in the middle of the course at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Virginia.

Tailgating happens beyond the front-row seats but remains an integral part of many sports and entertainment events. And the experience is only getting better. Jason Tedrow, CEO of InProduction, highlights the surge in business around creating spectator experiences outside the main stage area. This approach presents exciting growth opportunities for event planners and venues across various types of events. Did you know tailgating goes back to the Civil War? After working with the entire Northwestern University organization to build their new stadium over the summer, we loved seeing the team take the field and win their first game of the season last weekend.
"𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴?" Months of hard work from the dedicated team here at #NorthwesternAthletics culminated in an unparalleled gameday experience, watching the 'Cats earn a win by the lake. What a way to kickoff the season 🤩
