Wrapping up an incredible summer as a Legal Affairs Intern at Horizon Blue Cross with the Litigation Team. Over the past few weeks, I had the privilege of learning and growing in ways I never imagined, thanks to both my department and my fellow interns. The experience was truly insightful, offering me invaluable knowledge and skills that I will carry forward in my career. I’m proud to have contributed as a project lead to the reimagined Behavioral Health page for Horizon, specifically in the Resources for Parents column. It was an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact. A special thank you to Olivia DaRocha for her unwavering guidance and support, your leadership made this journey even more enriching. I also want to express my gratitude to my manager this summer, David Kim, and the entire Legal Affairs department for always being open and willing to answer my questions. A heartfelt thank you to my mentor, Lori Ferguson, MBA, PHR , for being a tremendous helping hand with advice in both my academic career and life goals. Your mentorship has truly made a difference. Additionally, I want to thank the INROADS program and Jose E. Santiago for guiding me through the application process and making this incredible opportunity possible. Hardware Engineer Intern @ ARM | Electrical Engineering Senior @ Georgia Institute of Technology

As my 2nd Arm summer internship at Austin recently finished, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude those who made this experience unforgettable. First, a big thank you to the TA team, Kristian Scott, and Meryl Xiong for fostering an inclusive environment where I truly felt welcomed and supported. I’m also incredibly grateful to Susan Graham for being such a fantastic Technical Manager. Your patience in answering all my questions—no matter how simple—was invaluable, especially in helping me deepen my understanding of the physical implementation process in the semiconductor industry. Enabled me to write Data Analytics Python scripts focusing on automation aiming to make the workplace: quicker, cheaper, and faster. Your guidance was instrumental in my growth. A special shoutout to Dermot O'Driscoll for being an amazing mentor, offering valuable advice and insights on succeeding as an engineer. Your support has been incredibly beneficial. Lastly, thank you to INROADS for providing me with this wonderful opportunity. Last week, I concluded an incredible chapter of my life in my role as a Technical Operations in Manufacturing intern at Kite Pharma! Reflecting on this journey, I am very grateful for the wonderful opportunities provided for me to grow personally and professionally. I had the amazing opportunity to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry and gain an appreciation for the complexity of cell therapy.
