We think you’ve been a little busy. 😬 It seems you haven’t been offering accessories to your car buyers, which means they’re having to source them elsewhere. The problem is, your customer has been a little busy too. You remember Dan, right? Well, Dan was a little cryptic on this one, so we’ve included some helpful notes. 📩Good Morning, [there’s absolutely nothing good about this] Per my last email [actual rage disguised as a professional pleasantry], I am having a problem getting accessories for the car I purchased from you. As a former mechanic and regular reader of Car Magazine, I believe I should be able to source accessories with the car at the time of purchase. Why is this not possible? [rhetorical question, former mechanics know the answer to this]. Mother and I will be driving cross-country, and assist steps will be required for Mother to get in and out easily. Sir, why can’t I purchase the assist steps? [thorough exasperation disguised by good manners] I was forced to spend $312.16 on Amazon, which saves your financial information and sells it to foreign governments. Regards, [*!#^ !**] Dan Please don’t do this to Dan. Get our guide to learn how to present and sell accessories at the point of sale. Act fast. Right now, we’re offering our best practices for free! 👇👇👇 https://hubs.la/Q02S-XVG0

Tip #3 for selling $1 million in accessories at your dealership: 👉👉Start with a Lead-In Product Choose a product that’s an easy “Yes.” In the South that might be window tint. In the North, remote starts are popular for cold, snowy days. Want more tips? Download our eBook https://hubs.la/Q02Rn_S60 #autdealers #autodealerships #Autoaccessories #vehicleaccessories

CSI Time Bomb in 3, 2……… This letter from your customer just came in, and there’s no way this is true, right? I mean, you did offer him accessories when he bought the car…..right? Wait…you didn’t???? Oh, dear. This really is a mess. To Whom It May Concern, I was shopping on your site and ran into two problems. First, I was utterly unable to find my dream car, a 2005 Ford Focus. I'm a former mechanic and an avid reader of Car Magazine, so I know a lot about cars. Probably more than you do. I assume that the 2005 Ford Focus, in Sonic Blue Metallic, is in high demand, so it is not available. Unfortunately, I was forced to settle for the 2025 sedan you advertised. Second, I need body-side molding. Everyone should have body-side molding. Also, my dog Peaches will be a regular passenger, and therefore I need a backseat cover. I also want to add a roof rack for my convenience. Why can I not add a roof rack? For my convenience? Car Magazine says you can easily buy accessories when you buy your car. Why could I not easily buy accessories when I bought my car? Please remedy this situation today. As a former mechanic, I'm sure that it is quite simple. Just Offer Them. Sincerely, Dan, former mechanic, and avid Car Magazine reader Uhhh….Please fix this with Dan before it ends up on Threads. Get our free guide to start presenting and selling accessories at the point of sale today (per Dan’s urgent request). 👇👇👇 https://hubs.la/Q02Rn-_70

Tip #1 for selling $1 million in accessories at your dealership: 🧠Take mental notes of accessories on the customer’s trade-in vehicle. 📣Start a personalization conversation with your customers by pointing out their existing accessories. 🚗Never assume they know what’s standard and what isn’t! They may assume those after-market all-weather mats come standard. Want more tips? Download our ebook https://hubs.la/Q02QhVhn0 #autdealers #autodealerships #Autoaccessories #vehicleaccessories
