Were you watching the 2024 Summer Olympics? All of those gold medals have had us reminiscing about some of our own gold awards 🏅 More than 30 infrastrucure projects have now earned an Envision Gold award, but you never forget your first... In 2013, the William Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery in Anchorage, Alaska was the first ever project to complete Envision verification and achieve an Envision Gold award. The 141,000-square-foot facility is the largest indoor sport fish hatchery in North America, and it includes many sustainability features such as cleaning up a brownfield site, saving water and energy, keeping the nearby Ship Creek clean, and building public education into its design. 🐟 Kudos to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game - Division of Sport Fish, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, and the project teams at HDR and Kiewit on this impressive first-of-its-kind achievement! 👉 Learn more about this project here: https://lnkd.in/eSiupNC6 #sustainableinfrastructure #envisionverification #envisiongold

Congratulations to the project team behind the Cassville Solar Project, which has just been awarded Envision Platinum from ISI! ☀️ The Cassville Solar Project in Grant County, Wisconsin is part of a portfolio of projects supporting Alliant Energy’s transition to a more diverse energy mix.
