🍪 Researchers at the University of Guelph are using mathematical modeling to create the perfect cookie by understanding exactly what happens during the baking process. The researchers are studying how temperature affects aspects like shape, size, and moisture content, ensuring that the cookie is baked all the way through, but not burned. This creates more consistent baking times and temperatures, which in turn conserves energy. Another sustainable cookie method being explored is 3D printing for faster baking times!
