Insulet's Jewish Heritage Employee Resource Group (JHERG) recently wrapped up a successful global food drive in celebration of the upcoming Jewish New Year and the season of holidays that follow. Thanks to the generosity of our team members, non-perishable foods were donated to local charitable organizations. A special thank you to Liz Goldstein, Ashley Brown, Stacey Ashfield, and Adriana Montes Beltran for coordinating donation efforts at their respective locations, and ensuring contributions reached Jewish Family and Child Services, Chasdei Kaduri Jewish Food Bank, Jewish Volunteering Network, and Chabad. We’re proud of Team Insulet’s commitment to giving back to our local communities. #TeamInsulet

Every company has an origin story.  Learn about ours and the nearly 25-year journey Insulet has been on to improve the lives of people with diabetes.  Eric Benjamin, Insulet Chief Product and Customer Experience Officer, recounts the steps taken to design and deliver our unique insulin delivery technology that is revolutionizing diabetes management, especially for our youngest users.  From the original idea sketched on a napkin by the father of a young child with type 1 diabetes, to our 5th generation tubeless, wearable, cloud-connected automated insulin delivery system, Eric discusses the challenges Insulet overcame and the many learnings along the way.  Read the article here which appears in the latest issue of IEEE PULSE, the magazine of the IEEE Engineering Medicine and Biology Society: https://lnkd.in/g3qNAg_V #TeamInsulet

Hundreds of Team Insulet members were inspired to think beyond the storied career ladder during a fascinating panel discussion on career growth  featuring Insulet leaders Christen Chavez, Efdal Elferri, Pia Berg-Nilsen, and Vanessa Thomas. From making strategic lateral moves to taking chances on new work experiences, the panelists shared anecdotes from their own career journeys, encouraging attendees to build skills and follow interests that will open doors to new opportunities. The event was the result of a strong collaborative effort from our Talent Management & Organizational Development (TM&OD) Center of Excellence, Insulet Leaders, HR Business Partner Pallavi Bhargava who served as moderator, and the Young Professional (YoPros) and Women@Insulet (WIN) employee resource groups who hosted the event. #TeamInsulet

Join us in congratulating the team that went 100 miles to support the American Diabetes Association! Team Insulet members including Bearett Tarris, Connor Muilenburg, Jerry Witt, Sophia Brocoum, and other members of the community participated in the Tour de Cure cycling event. The team rode through the Massachusetts and New Hampshire countryside, all to increase diabetes awareness, and help the ADA provide vital programs, fund lifesaving research, and work toward a cure. Each rider on the team completed all 100 miles — an amazing accomplishment! Way to go, Team Insulet! #TeamInsulet

Omnipod ambassadors like the Krueger family are helping to advance Insulet's mission to improve the lives of people with diabetes through social media. With six of their eight children living with type 1 diabetes (T1D), the inspiring Krueger family is working to increase awareness of T1D through video and storytelling. The Kruegers have gained popularity due to their relatable content centered around type 1 diabetes. Ana Krueger shared, “I definitely am less shy about my devices showing which I think is amazing and I think it is because of social media and seeing everybody that has type 1 diabetes showing their devices.” Watch their story on CBS 58: https://lnkd.in/ekscNM-7
