We believe companies can achieve a positive safety culture without breaking the bank.

About us

Some employers think safety comes at the expense of profitability. We believe companies can achieve a positive safety culture without breaking the bank. With our proven Safety Gap Model we’ve helped companies make huge improvements to their safety program while ensuring safety and profitability. Using our Safety Gap Model, we review of your safety and compliance processes, documents, training, inspections, and accountability programs. Each section is a vital part of a holistic safety program. When all safety gaps are addressed, companies create the foundation of a positive safety culture and minimize their business risk. “The Insure Compliance team blew away all expectations. Our branch managers are engaged with the team and making the needed changes. We absolutely see the value of this partnership and it’s made a difference with our insurance company!” - Scott, COO, Banker Insulation

OSHA issues Notice of Proposed Rule Making for Heat Injury and Illness Prevention. https://lnkd.in/d5tbkUyv   OSHA is moving forward with their new proposed rule making (see above link). This new proposed regulation will mirror the California Heat Injury and Illness Prevention laws in many ways. Insure Compliance has experience dealing with California laws.    If you have any questions or concerns about where this is all going and how you can be better prepared, don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our Health, Safety and Environmental Consultants.    Remember the best way to address any exposure is through prevention – when it comes to Heat Stress the tried and true:   Water. Rest. Shade. Still a winner.
