Assemblies in the medical and life sciences industries have greater product liability concerns. That's why automating quality checks at key stages in the assembly process will help avoid shipping faulty products to your customers and adding downstream value to a component that has not met an upstream inspection. https://hubs.ly/Q02nhW6D0 #MedicalApplication #VisionInspection #InspectionSolutions #MedicalManufacturing

We enjoy having interns join Intec during their summer break. They receive exposure to several engineering disciplines & manufacturing processes and, in many cases, contribute in significant ways to our custom equipment solutions. Aaron was a stand-out intern this summer and showed the drive to complete tasks that rivaled many more-experienced engineers! Thank you, Aaron, for all your contributions and we look forward to our paths coming together again in the future!
As the summer comes to a close, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on my position as a Design Engineering Intern at Intec Automation, Inc.. Over the past 10 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with talented design engineers and working closely with the production and manufacturing teams. During my time at Intec, I was able to aid in the implementation of a new Engineering Change Request System. One of my proudest accomplishments was designing and producing a tool intended to enhance the efficiency of assembling panel profiling on the production floor. I’m excited about the potential impact this tool could have in streamlining daily operations for the team. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such meaningful projects and for the support and guidance I received throughout this journey. I would like to specially thank Myles Duncanson, Joshua Lent, and John Weismantel for mentoring me throughout the summer. I would also like to thank the entire staff at Intec for providing me with a welcoming work environment!
