Through a series of initiatives led by Integer’s Pride Employee Resource Group, throughout June we showed our #Pride! This year's #PrideMonth celebrations included global participation in Integer "Show Your Pride Week," which saw sites and teams embrace the rainbow with Pride-themed apparel and events. The Pride ERG also held its fourth annual "Courageous Conversations” panel discussion, with panelists sharing personal perspectives and insights around the core themes of building inclusion, understanding and awareness of issues impacting the LGBTQIA+ community and their intersection with ERGs. The resulting discussion supported the Pride ERG's commitment to furthering education, providing an affirming and equal work environment, and creating a positive impact throughout Integer and in the communities where we live and work. Last month, Integer’s Clarence, New York, site hosted the University at Buffalo’s Tau Beta Pi, an engineering honor society. Students were invited onsite to learn more about #Integer and career opportunities in the medical device sector.
